Community Sit & Reflection

This offering is a simple space to pause, practice, and reflect together in community.

Each gathering includes a period of guided or silent meditation followed by gentle reflection and conversation. The intention is to create a supportive environment where participants can explore contemplative practice in a way that is grounded, accessible, and connected to the realities of everyday life.

While these gatherings draw from Buddhist contemplative traditions, no prior meditation experience or Buddhist background is required. The emphasis is on presence and practice in community — learning to sit with our experience, to listen deeply, and to cultivate insight and compassion in the midst of ordinary life, while connecting with others who share a similar curiosity and intention.

  • are looking for a gentle way to build a consistent practice

  • enjoy reflecting on life and practicing with others

  • want a community space that is thoughtful and grounded

No previous meditation experience necessary. Let’s begin together.


Structure

These gatherings may be offered periodically throughout the year depending on interest.

Both virtual and in-person gatherings may be possible over time.

This offering is donation-based.
