Teaching & Speaking Engagements

I am available to offer teachings, workshops, and facilitated discussions exploring the intersection of contemplative practice and psychotherapeutic care.

Drawing from my background as a psychotherapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and lay-ordained practitioner in the Rinzai Zen lineage, my teaching explores how Buddhist psychological principles can support emotional healing, ethical care, and embodied presence in everyday life.
